REPLACEMENT POLICIES

  • Our Replacement Policy

    • All replacement requests must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery of product. In case of any product found damaged or missing, the replacement ticket has to be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.
    • All replacement requests will be processed within 2 working days.
    • In case our reverse pickup services are not available at your location, we request you to ship the product back to our address via a reliable courier partner. All courier charges will be reimbursed by Imperium Ventures.
    • Post receival, Imperium Ventures shall verify the product against the claim made in order to initiate replacement immediately. All replacement requests are subject to stock availability.

  • Conditions for Product Replacement

    • If a wrong product was delivered.
    • If a damaged product was delivered. Damage here means physical damage or tampered product or damaged packaging.
    • If the order is incomplete – some products are found missing.

  • Replacement requests are not accepted

    • The product was found opened/used/altered.
    • Original packaging such as cartons, labels, etc. was found missing.
    • If replacement request is generated after the stipulated 5 days from date of delivery.
    • If damaged/missing product is reported back to us after the stipulated 2 days from date of delivery.
